Lyme treatment

We have partnered with Eden Marceau-Piconi, owner of 5 Birds Wellness, to provide Lyme disease and whole-body detoxification treatments using the Lyme Magnetic Protocol.

Our treatment facility

The Lyme Magnetic Protocol relieves inflammatory disease, autoimmune conditions, rheumatoid arthritis, neurological symptoms and much more. Over time toxins, heavy metals and pathogens build up in our bodies and cause inflammation, which leads to faster aging. Biomagnetic therapy helps rid the body of these overloads and brings it back into balance at the cellular level.

Biomagnetic therapy

Combined with the anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects of garlic and the cortisol-reducing effects of lavender, biomagnetic therapy extends the healing of the body. The Lyme Magnetic Protocol treats the symptoms of Lyme disease, as well as those of inflammatory disease, autoimmune deficiencies, co-infections and more. Future wellness events will bring you closer to farm-based health.

What is the Lyme Magnetic Protocol?

  • Biomagnetic therapy targets pathogens, even those that have become resistant to drugs, and helps rid the body of toxins and heavy metals.
  • It restores the flow of energy and balances the pH of the body, which leads to faster recovery of tissues and organs and better absorption of nutrients.
  • Biomagnetism is a non-invasive, gentle therapy with practically no side effects, fully compatible with other traditional and alternative practices (not recommended at the same time as acupuncture).

The Lyme Magnetic Protocol was created by Joan Randall of Woodstock, VT. Its teaching focuses on Lyme treatment and extends to many other health symptoms. This therapy has proven very effective in bringing the body back into balance and, as so many people have said, “given me my life back!”

Some applications and positive effects

  • Dysfunctions of organs and glands
  • Headaches and migraines
  • Toxicity
  • Viruses
  • IBS
  • Coinfections and more
  • A local rise in temperature, better circulation, better absorption of essential nutrients and a pain-relieving effect
  • Repolarizing the electric charges of an affected organ or tissue to its natural state (Battacharia and Sierra)
  • Regulating the pH value (acidic / alkaline), often out of balance in an affected tissue or organ, which can also invite pathogenic microbes
  • A faster transfer of calcium ions for mending tissues and bones
  • Balancing the production of certain hormones in various endocrine glands

Garlic and Lyme

Persistent Lyme infection, or post-treatment Lyme disease, may be a new disorder triggered by the initial infection. Johns Hopkins researchers say the Lyme bacterium, Borrelia burgdorferi, can enter a stationary or slow-growing phase, and these so-called persister cells are more resistant to antibiotics. In their study, oil of garlic proved better than antibiotics at tackling those cells (published October 16, 2018 in the journal Antibiotics).

Symptoms, and why Lyme is hard to diagnose

Overwhelming symptoms: brain fog, heart palpitations, memory loss, dizziness, nausea and extreme fatigue.

Conventional medicine sees Lyme disease treatment as simple: a dose of antibiotics and you’re cured. That may work in the earliest stage, but when Lyme goes undiagnosed or mistreated and becomes chronic, treatment gets more difficult. Lyme disease is often accompanied by co-infections that work together with borrelia to make the symptoms worse, and it can pass the blood-brain barrier, reaching the nervous system: hence its many complex neurological symptoms.

Diagnosing Lyme is often complicated. The common tests (Western Blot and ELISA) can report incorrect results 50% of the time, and Lyme patients with neurological symptoms are often misdiagnosed with diseases like multiple sclerosis, lupus or Parkinson’s disease, or their symptoms are dismissed altogether, as “all in your head.” The search for the right diagnosis is draining for patients already facing depression, brain fog, memory loss, tremors and other crippling symptoms.

Session description

After a review of your patient intake form, we discuss your symptoms. A kinesiology assessment, based on your body’s response, then guides the placement of the magnets for the biomagnetic Lyme therapy. It is done while you lie down, using your legs and feet; you stay fully clothed. Based on the results, groups of positive and negative magnets are placed on specific points of the body.

The first session usually lasts around 2 hours, later treatments about 1 to 1½ hours. Once the magnets are in place you lie quietly for the rest of the appointment, usually in a deep state of relaxation.

Several appointments are often needed. Their number depends on the severity of your case: with a new diagnosis of Lyme or another tick-borne infection it may take 5–8 treatments, while chronic cases can take 15–25 sessions.
