Why: I begin by looking at my patient’s standing posture from the feet up, which reveals any distortions from normal postural balance. I use a digital posture examination, digital X-rays and a hands-on examination to find where the problems are coming from, and then make a plan to fix them.
What: I love what I do. I have helped people of all ages get out of pain and achieve better health. My specialties within chiropractic are sports injury and posture correction. I am the only certified CBP Posture Chiropractor in the state of Vermont and the only Vermont chiropractor certified through ScoliBrace.

Exam
We start with a detailed health history, a digital posture examination and a full spine examination.
X-rays
We have a state-of-the-art digital X-ray unit in the office, used as needed.
Adjustments
You receive the type of adjustment that best suits your needs. I use manual, instrument and drop-table adjusting, as well as various soft-tissue techniques.
Exercise & traction
Customized for your case and given as needed.
Cold laser
Helps to reduce pain and inflammation, as recommended.
Supplements
Recommended to “level the playing field,” so we can achieve the best results.
